The latest news in the clothing industry world is that Adidas is teaming up with Diesel to release the latest clothing line. It seems like Adidas is on a roll these days. The company already introduced Y3 as well Stella Mac Cartney line of clothing this spring. Now, it has signed a four year deal with the Italian Denim company called Diesel.
The new Diesel Adidas clothing line will be hitting the Adidas original stores starting February 1st, 2008. The Jeans will include two different sets for men as well as women. I am sure that the trendy folks will be checking things out the latest fashion from Adidas.
The female version of the jeans will actually have more of a boot cut design with a higher waistline. The jeans will be available in lighter and darker washes. The second style i.e. the black denim will have more of a chic look to it. The jeans will be sold for $240 to the ladies and for $320 to the men.
With the introduction of the jeans, the Adidas original store is looking forward to this collection. According to Hermann Deininger, CMO of Adidas sports style division,
Now when a consumer walks into one of our stores, we can offer them a complete look, from a track top to jeans to a pair of sneakers.
Although the new fashion line will only be available in the Adidas original stores, both logos will be stitched on the products. I think this endeavor will hopefully boost up the company sales.
