The famous Indian designer, Ritu Kumar has a different take on women wearing denim. She says,
When women wear denim it must look elegant. When every woman looks in the mirror she does that half twirl, her back arched and her head craned around. If the jeans are right, the experience is transforming, like putting on a magic cloak.
Could anyone have said it better? It is time to put the magic cloak on, indeed. Denims have raised the bar, no more are they just the pants you slip into for comfort, they are all that and much more. The Times released a slideshow of everything from denim smocks to prom dresses while Life and Style did a feature on denim coats, dresses and hats.
Denim is the buzzword as always but this time it encompasses more than just the bottom.
