Giving a high dose of glamour, Lyric Jeans will now help people dress the American-Idol way.
The fashion company has entered into a licensing deal with American Idol producer FremantleMedia to design and launch a clothing range inspired by the much hyped show. Lyric jeans also has the experience of producing very popular lyric-laden clothing for the Beatles, the Bee Gees and Rod Stewart.
The range called - ‘Lyrix by Lyric Culture’, which will be unveiled the next February will initially offer stylist outfits only for girls. The fashion line will eventually come up with non-gender specific kid’s wear also.
The debut range will include stylish tops, jackets, jeans, pants and dresses, ech of which will be emblazoned with either song lyrics that have famously featured on the show or some other show related stuff. The reasonably priced range from $10 to $40, will retail at midrange department stores and mass retailers.
Lyric president Hanna Rochelle Schmieder said,
The idea is to enable girls to feel like they are a rock star or an American Idol. American Idol is the most powerful and iconic music brand in popular culture today and the perfect tie-in for our creative concept.
