
Jones New York is the latest fashion label to join the eco-friendly bandwagon. The new fashion line called ‘J’ is being known to be a spring line that is ‘casual and eco-influenced’.
Lynne Cote, chief executive officer of the brand revealed that the new line ‘J’ will have three different eco-lines. The first one, namely ‘Pure’ will be completely organic. ‘Smart,’ the second line will consist of both - organic and non-organic fabrics like lycra. The last line called ‘Simple’ will completely be non-organic, but it will emphasize on the signature casual chic style.
The eco-friendly collection will also classify garments into three categories: ‘Essentials’, which will include travel-friendly staples; ‘Spa Wear’ which will emphasize on colors and detailing; and ‘Classification Category’, which will have the widest variety in terms of style, fabrics, and detailing.
The entire range is very reasonably priced. While a basic tank top will be available for just $10.00 and jackets will retail around $75.00.
The eco-friendly line will be launched this spring at Dillard’s and Macy’s.
