The news regarding a band of musicians and designers creating a line of fashion t raise awareness against AIDS is not new. But the latest take from it is that the collection has been released for you fashion freaks. If you doubt the musician’s talent, lemme assure you that they have created funky and likeable pieces which you will definitely wanna have in your wardrobe.
The campaign was initiated by a non-profit organization called ‘Designers Against Aids’ and this time it had collaborated with stars like Rihanna, the Scissor Sisters, Jade Jagger, Timbaland and Rufus Wainwright. All these stars have designed the clothes free of charge and the clothes tag even reads, “This might be the most important piece of clothing you’ve ever had your hands on”, which I am sure it would be.
Rihanna, the umbrella girl regarding the project said that, “There’s an urgent need to do something in this target group. I love fashion and I love that it can be used in such a positive way to fight Aids. I wanted to get involved with fashion against aids because it’s a scary disease and it affects a lot of young people out there.” The tees and hoodies are available for £7.99 and from each piece 25 % goes to HIV/Aids prevention projects all around the world. A worthy fashion indeed!

Isn’t this a cool promotion against AIDS? If only there are people who will be willing to make the brochure printing and give this for free then there will be no problem at all.
