Wearing a beautiful fur coat with snowflakes falling on your shoulder could be quite an encouraging fashion statement. The winter season is apt to display the expensive fur coats, which for long warm months were tucked in your wardrobe. Three Russian designers recently presented their glamorous fashion fur-wares at a fashion show at the State Historical Museum at Red Square.

Igor Chapurin, Ekaterina Akhuzina and Helen Yarmak launched their newly designed furry sartorial extravaganza. Chapurin’s pieces stood out for their simple yet contemporary looks. Models sashayed on the ramp in sleek gilets worn over leggings, brief coats and other fur pieces cut on slender lines presented by Chapurin.

Russian designers Ekaterina Akhuzina and Helen Yarmak presented fur coats of more lavish taste. Chinchilla with its silver gray colour is the current favourite among fur lovers in Moscow. The fur coats carried ‘Origin Assured’ label in accordance with International Far Trade Federation’s standard to assure transparency in fur trade.
