Gucci was at the very beginning known as a company of Leather-products but when Tom Ford took the reins in his hands towards the end of 1990’s, he took this dusty goods house to such heights that it came to be known as a famous Fashion Label: but with the sudden departure or replacement of this great chap, in the organization by three designers, indeed left a negative impact on the company’s profile.



It is not even two years that Ford has left the company and John Ray, the men’s wear in charge has left the company leaving Frida Giannini, to handle all the three department of men’s, women’s and accessories.



The industry reade5rs were quite true when they showed their apprehension about what will happen to the company now that Mr. Ford is no longer the brain behind the fashion label. This is quite apparent with the present scenario.
