Remember Brooke Shields going on air with “You want to know what comes between me and my Calvins? Nothing.” Not very many people have forgotten the sizzling Brooke Shields TV ad for Calvin Klein jeans in 1980. She was all but 14 (perhaps 15) at that point in time. Time has moved on but the image has stayed. That is why Radar magazine has concluded a photo shoot to pay homage to the iconic performance by Brooke. Kim Kardashian takes on the mantle to do the encore. Photographed by Gavin Bond, Kim tries to strike the pose and emulate Shields in the September issue of Radar. Does she succeed?
