I was pretty bored talking about the fall collection. Why? Because whatever I try to find for you all, wherever I found, the same colors, same prints, same patterns and almost the same elements ruled the fashion scene. True, what can the designers do after all they don’t decide the color palettes for seasons? However, browsing through the web I was left impressed by one fall collection, undoubtedly with the same color palettes.

This collection by Marjan Pejoski, when you look at it first appears to be very weird. Well, this quality of the collection attracted me towards it. I was surprised by the interesting use of morbid, gloomy affect associated with the color black in this collection. The whole affect and impression of the collection is quite Goth, dark, scary and creepy which makes the collection altogether different and one of my favorites. After all, I have always been attracted to the ‘dark side of life’ as I put it. If you seriously think, I have been joking, let me tell you that I am not and I have really fallen for the collection. After a long time, my interest in the color black has risen, all thanks to Marjan.

Moving ahead of the color black another intriguing feature of this collection is at the core it very basic but superficially portrays a lot of style and attitude. Look at the pair of shoes- they are simple black shoes that have darned with style by adding a few bows and knots to them. I may not go for them, but I can’t leave these graphitized t-shirts from the collection. They are cool and so grave in impression. The designer has also revived bows and knots in his collection and it doesn’t look that bad. May be, if some more vibrant colors would have been used within the same concepts, it would have looked more stylish. But as far as I am concerned, I am quite satisfied by the collection and I’ll make sure that I don’t forget too keep a check on this designer from now on.
