Actress Mischa Barton has topped the best dressed celebrity poll this summer.
In the poll conducted by Grazia Magazine, the 20 year old, former OC star, beat Nicole Richie who came second, followed by Elle Mc Pherson, Superman actress Kate Bosworth and style icon Kate Moss.
Other stars who made it into the top ten include Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Sienna Miller, Coleen Mc Loughlin.
