The boogyman Freddy Krueger was everything but stylish or appealing in the horror flick Nightmare on the Elm Street. Loaded with sinews and blood, we can do anything but get inspired from him. Well, all our assumptions are proved to be wrong by this unique pair of sneakers which Nike has launched. Set in a combination of black and red stripes quite similar to Freddy’s sweater, the sneakers have their soles tainted with similar blood and sinew look, quite like Freddy’s skin. Ahh, what should I call them? A fashion catastrophe? Well, the catharsis which must have followed after watching the film, will enliven itself once again when the sneaker is worn. Well, the designer must surely have been a horror flick addict. I really wouldn’t like to own a pair like this.
