I only hope Britney and Amy Winehouse take a leaf out of Rachel Bilson’s book and have their hair looked after by a real professional soon. This is good ol’ Rach stepping out with a spring after getting her hair done at Chroma. It’s nothing drastic, just the routine maintenance but gosh does she look fabulous. Nothing beats having a good hair day!
