Another week of fashion, style and glamour, another fashion week roundup! A little unexpected, some weird pieces, some lovely ones, fashion weeks come up with everything. Marc Jacobs collection was expected unexpected. What surprised me were the full length cuts in the skirts which will help you show off your lingerie at large . I seriously have no idea what the designer was thinking while creating these designs.
But on the other side, there were clothes like these that were pretty cool and chic.
The colors are so subtle and nice. The nude shades will be in next season too, it seems like. The middle one however looks cool expect for the brown patch that it carries in the middle. MJ, I guess has stopped serving to the common fashionistas needs and is just concentrating on the high end collectors.
We have already covered up Narciso Rodriguez’s glam collection. I really loved the collection and can accredit it to getting back me to write about more fashion updates. The collection features an awesome color palette. The draping is fabulous and the collection is smart and chic.
Next on my list would be Philip Lim as I think I have missed out this one. The designer specializes in cocktail dresses and I am left with no doubts about that. Minis were featured here too. If you ever wanna go for some really flirty and feminine designs, Lim is one brand which you should never forget. However, it would be much better is the label becomes more affordable.
I loved this white dress and the pants are pretty cool. However, like Akiko’s collection for spring 2008 I saw a bit of Greek godliness in this collection too. Catching up the trends I think, saintliness is in. What say?
