Created by designer Donna Piacenza, the Plya collection takes a fresh new look at jewelry. By using traditionally non-luxuriant materials like wood and aluminum, the “collars” redefine what can be termed as bling. Negative spaces in the wood are finished with metal accents to lend the pieces individuality and edginess making each item exceptionally unique. By allowing the design to stay low key, the personality of the wearer gets highlighted to the max returning the focus to the face and neck. The $98 collar instantly becomes the anti-necklace that can perfectly compliment the tom boy as well the dainty girlie girl.
