PUMA along with Atmos and Natural Geographic photographer Mitsuaki Iwago have released the PUMA Atmos Endangered Species Collection - a funky set of 6 unique shoes each designed after an endangered species. The collection is broken down into 2 sets - the Asia pack and the Polar pack that include 3 shoes each inspired by Mitsuaki Iwago’s photography. It also has a high quality image of Iwago’s prized photography printed on the removable insole with the names and the habitat of each species printed on the outsole and reverse tounge. Hopefully these shoes will bring about a greater awareness of these endangered species. The Polar Pack is on sale at Atmos NYC and Ubiq in Philadelphia since June 28th while the Asia pack will be available later this summer.
